3. Get energy-efficiency upgrades: Once you decide which improvements you want, your certified contractor will complete the work.

4. Repay through your heating bill: Homeowners working within Clean Energy Works Oregon pay no upfront costs. Energy efficiency upgrades can be financed through a low-cost, long-term loan that you repay on your monthly heating bill. If you wish for other financing options we can work with you to find an alternative method of payment.
